Packaged Tea Free Shipping Policy

Packaged Loose Leaf Tea orders will ship for FREE in the USA when your order meets one of the following requirements:

• Packaged loose leaf tea total reaches $10.
• Your order total reaches $75.

Free shipping for packaged tea orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery time varies depending on your location, but you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 7 business days after your order is processed and shipped out. Orders that meet the $75 free shipping requirement may be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

When your order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive another email confirming shipment; if your order is shipped out via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, we will include a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
