1. How fast will I receive my order?
Orders that are received by 4:00 p.m. - Pacific Standard Time (M-F) usually ship the same business day. Estimated delivery time is based on the shipping option you choose.
2. What shipping options are available?
We offer UPS/FedEx Priority overnight, UPS/FedEx 2nd day delivery, UPS/FedEx Ground, USPS Priority.
3. What is My Shopping List?
My Shopping List is an easy way to create a personal list of items that you would like to purchase. This list is saved in your account so that you can quickly reorder items without having to search for them each time you shop. For further information on how to use My Shopping List you can log in to your account and click on My Shopping List, located in the top left corner.
4. What is the Quick Order Form?
The Quick Order Form allows you to quickly and conveniently add a selection of products to your shopping cart all at the same time. It negates the need to click through various product pages to find the items you would like to purchase and makes shopping for many items at once much faster. You can view the Quick Order Form here.
5. How can I earn Reward Points?
You can create an account and automatically receive 2 Reward Points for every dollar you spend. Reward Points can then be redeemed for SupplyVillage.com Gift Certificates. To learn more please click here.
6. How do I know if my order is qualified for Free Shipping?
Items that are qualified for Free Shipping will have a red "Eligible for Free Shipping over $75" truck logo on their product page. If your order is qualified for Free Standard Shipping, the Free Standard Shipping promotion will be automatically applied to your shopping cart. Combining items that qualify for Free Shipping with regular items that do not qualify for Free Shipping will result in regular items being charged with standard shipping rates.
7. What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service representatives can be reached through Live Chat, Email or Phone M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm (PST).
8. How do I know if my order is on its way?
Upon receipt of your order, you will immediately get an e-mail confirmation. You should expect to get a second automated e-mail when your order ships. When available, this second e-mail will include a link to UPS/FedEx/USPS to track your order.
9. Do you offer discounts for Volume / Wholesale Orders?
Yes we do, if your order contains more than 20 items and is over $1000, please contact us with your quote and one of our customer service will promptly get back to you.
10. Do you charge Sales Tax?
SupplyVillage.com charges the appropriate state and/or local sales tax for any order shipped to the state of California.
11. I have a reseller permit in California, how do I place an order with SupplyVillage.com without being charged Sales Tax?
Please register your account with SupplyVillage.com during your first order and please fax your reseller permit along with the California BOE Tax Exempt Form to 562-222-8232. We will remove the tax from your current and future orders placed with the same account.
12. What is the minimum order?
There is no order minimum. We will ship any product you purchase from our website no matter how small the quantity.
13. Do you take any other form of payment besides credit card and Paypal?
In order to make things as cost efficient as possible, we currently only accept payment via four major credit cards and Paypal.
14. May I place an order over the phone or via Fax?
In order to provide 24/7 service we only accept orders online, but please feel free to contact us if you would like any help with placing an order.

16. Do you ship on holidays?
Since sellers are dependent on the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the majority of shipping on our site, SupplyVillage.com observes any holidays recognized by the USPS and those days are not included in shipping times. NOTE* We will be closed Friday, December 30th 2011 - Monday, January 2nd 2012. All orders processed during that time will be shipped Tuesday, January 3rd 2012.
