All products are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. The shipping costs will be calculated real-time in your shopping cart based on the product weight, destination and shipping option chosen. Shipping is currently only available within the United States.
Holiday Hours
Our office will be closed on Friday, December 30th 2011 to Monday, January 2nd 2012 so our staff can have time to celebrate and bring the new year with their families. Our online store will still be open to take orders during this holiday time. Orders received after Thursday, December 29th 2011 will be processed and shipped on Tueday, January 3rd 2012. Same Day Shipping
Orders processed by 4:00 P.M. - Pacific Standard Time (M-F) usually ship the same day. Orders processed after 4.00 P.M. PST will ship the following business day. *If an item you order runs out of stock we will contact you to see if an alternative item will work or if you will allow us more time to fulfill your order. Sometimes orders may be partially shipped or shipped in separate packages in order to decrease any delays.

Tracking and delivery confirmation numbers will be input into your order as soon as they are available. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email sent to the email address you provided during checkout as soon as your order is shipped. You can log in to your account anytime you would like to check the status of your order. Even if you do not have an account, you can enter either your Order ID number or email address in the Track My Order section located on the lefthand side of our homepage to check your order status and track your package.

- Items that are qualified for Free Shipping will have a red "Eligible for Free Shipping over $75" truck logo on their product page. If your order is qualified for Free Standard Shipping, the Free Standard Shipping promotion will be automatically applied to your shopping cart.
- Orders that are qualified for Free Shipping will be shipped using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS FlatRate/Ground. Please contact us if you would like to choose another shipping option (Overnight, 2nd day, etc).
- Combining items that qualify for Free Shipping with regular items that do not qualify for Free Shipping will result in regular items being charged with standard shipping rates.
- Free Shipping is not available for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

1. How do I know if my order is qualified for Free Shipping?
Items that are qualified for Free Shipping will have a red "Eligible for Free Shipping over $75" truck logo on their product page. 2. How can I reduce the cost of shipping on my order?
Buying in bulk will help reduce your shipping costs per item. If possible, having your order shipped to your business address will usually save you a few dollars since UPS and FedEx charge extra to ship to a residence.
3. Why don't some heavy items like boxes and fillings qualify for Free Shipping?
In order to have the lowest prices we cannot offer Free Shipping on all of our items. We feel that is it more fair to have lower prices and to charge the actual shipping costs on heavy items, rather than have a high mark up for everyone to help cover the cost of "Free Shipping".
4. Can my order be shipped internationally?
Unfortunately, we can only accept orders and ship within the United States at this time. For orders to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands please contact us at Sales@SupplyVillage.com or call us toll free at 800-985-9558 so we can help place your order manually over the phone. We cannot accept orders from other countries at this time.
5. I live in Alaska/Hawaii. Why are the real time shipping charges so high?
The real time shipping costs are automatically calculated by the shipping courrier. Please contact us at Sales@SupplyVillage.com or toll free 800-985-9558 so that we can try to arrange a cheaper, customized shipping option for you depending on the items and amount you are ordering.
